Making vvvv version more visible

Hey,

Might be a bit niche but here we go : when making bug reports you usually want to specify which version you’re using. Before the current UI rework it was easily reachable in the About tab, but now you have to go Quad/Windows/About.

Could we have the version number quickly accessible somewhere?
I would suggest displaying it as the last item in the quad menu, like where it says the last version a patch was saved with.

Bonus point if clicking the item puts it in the clipboard for easy pasting in forum posts 🙃

Maybe just consider showing About after Help Browser and Settings?

This would be the most “conventional” way to do it indeed imho!

the About dialog is back in latest previews. you might need to reset your window layout once to see it: Quad → Windows → Reset window layout

Still in here, although I have reset the window layout… why not also include it directly in the Quad Menu?
