Change to resize cursor when moving across the edge of the frame

Description

Hello! Right now, to resize a frame (Frame) I have to pause my mouse movement. If I’m moving my cursor across the edge of the frame, the cursor doesn’t change to a resize cursor:

Only when I pause my movement the cursor changes its shape:

On the other hand, windows in general immediately show the cursor when the cursor is around the edge:

What problem will it solve?

Adding this will help me to target the edge of a frame better so I could resize easily.

the frame resizing seems “broken” for a long time now. beside needing to be lucky to catch the resize area, often it just wont sense the mouse anyway. and the situation at the corner is absolutely random, whether you get horizontal, vertical resizing or both or neither.

I feel you. The best thing we users can do is to report these issues as soon as we found them. Otherwise we’d either get used to them or we’d stop using those features.
