Add Spreads to pre-configured IOBoxes in Nodebrowser

Extracting my post from here to have a dedicated post for this feature request:
Add Int2 to the list of pre-configured IO boxes - vvvv gamma / feature - Forum

Extend these NodeBrowser entries by some kind of button for creating a Spread of length 1 for all those, could look like either of these two (or a follow-up selection, but this would slow things down):
