XQuery(XML) bug or am i wrong?

Dear mr. Vux,

would you please check this patch.
The XQuery (XML) says that the ‘Input’ and/or ‘Query’ is not valid, but I don’t see why.

seems like it’s the escaping of the backslashes in the doctype declaration.

\ becomes %5C
