NvAPI functionality for talking to Nvidia GPUs in vvvv gamma.

For now only nodes for QuadroSync. Other parts of NvAPI might follow later, let me know what you are interested in.

The nuget package has not yet been released and the nodes are not final. But here it is if you have some Quadro cards at home. It only works with workstation cards, such as Quadro or 6000 ADA, and with installed sync cards.
