when using the blocking TextureReader alpha is buggy with PNGs from photoshop. PNGs with alpha written directly out of gamma are working.

Textures with Alpha - I always use CUTOFF in Transparency Pin of Material not Blend - I do not really understand how everything works together but Cutoff gives me always the Alpha - maybe it also works in your case, good luck

do the images look the same if you disable premultiply on the FileTexture?
and i would also recommend Cutoff for this content.
Cutoff works but blend does not. The textures look the same if I enable premultiply.
