Skia offscreen rendering slow

I recognised Skia offscreen renderers are considerably slower than the regular Skia renderer. The accelerated version of it doesn’t make a difference.

Please check the timings of the renderers in the following patch which compares all available renderers:

What’s the reason for that?

this is a known problem. we are working on it.

this should finally be much improved for 2021.4 releases.
