MonitorPower (System) not working

Hi Devvvvs

I can not get MonitorPower (System) to work.

I am on win7 64bit beta27. I same behavior w. beta25.1 and beta26

Temporary solution is to use this little nifty tool in combination with ShellExecute : NirCmd - Windows command line tool
