Enumeration IO scrolls when hover with mouse

Maybe its a new feature but i think is really dangerous,

When you scroll a patch and mouse hovers a IO Enum, the selection changes

The behaviour before this beta was that if you right click the IO Enum, select an option from the menu and THEN scroll, it would change.

I think thats more safe(and usefull)

Rightnow you can change selection when scrolling without even notice it
