CombuneLatest (Reactive) issues

CombuneLatest (Reactive) region doesn’t allow stateful nodes and doesn’t compute properly (only if there’s a subscriber attached to the output.
check the attached patch.
ideally it should be aligned with the features of the ForEach (Reactive) node
