Audio effects midinote and filestream

Hi, how can i apply audio effects such as echo, reverb, filter,… to midi note and filestream? (first and second image)
And how can i repeat a sound with filestream without clicking “do seek” each time i play it?(first image)

from what i guess from your images is that you are trying to simulate a sampler. this can be done with a VST plugin like tx16wx and the audio pack in a more simple and elegant way.

or alternatively try spreading the input of waveplayer, it is pretty cool, although the triggering runs in main loop so you might not get tight triggering.
