[2019.2] Delegates regions have no IO

On 2019.2 007, I want to Switch between Delegates (1 -> 1).

Seems that when creating Delegate regions, no in and outs and created, hence VL complaining it can’t connect () -> () to (T0) -> (T1). When manually adding the pins via Nodebrowser, all fine again. See attached gif
