Yes, like the title / issue says: the window flashes transparent and whatever is behind it shows through. Does not happen when minimizing / maximizing other applications.

hm… this doesn’t happen here. i get a smooth transition of the window… could it be that you disabled some default window animation behavior?

Not that I know of and other applications don’t show that behaviour.
