Reading a Media File Link in directory

Hi evvvvryone!

I try to play videos with DX11 filestream node located on my harddrive through media file links (Verknüpfungen). Is there a way to make vvvv beta understand the file links in a directory?

If I click select the link directly as media source via right click on a link as media source it works, but it doesn’t if i just tell vvvv to “play all links” in a certain folder through “dir node”.

Might be needed to read out the binary from the file and convert the hidden link back to string? I just don’t know how…

found it! It works over masking .lnk inside the “dir node” and than using the “absolute path” node to decode it. Check!
