OSC binding to channels

I’m trying to get osc binding to work, so I thought I’d flush the binding in the help file and try and rebind, but I get a flicker of a gui and then nothing. So how do you do it?

thank you for the pointer.
It is fixed for the 6.5 stable. Current 6.6 previews have newer version of the Global Channel Browser, check it out.
