So I try to move and delete a pdf file with the Mover and Delete(Path) node. It seems they can’t move and delete pdfs. Is that right? Is there a workaround?
They properly move other filetypes.

Likely your file is opened somewhere, before moving you have to make sure the file isn’t locked by some process
I had a look and it is not open anywhere. I also stopped all acrobat processes in the back thought that might be grabbing it.
You can use File Locksmith to check which processes are using the file.
