Frac Real Part messed up in x64

Hi,

Frac (Value) in x64 flavor apparently can’t handle big integers, see attached screenshot of a slightly modified help patch (just changed scale of Random).

tested in version vvvv_45beta33.3_x64

the x64 code path is now fixed and behaves as the x86 one.
