basic vvvv knowledge (beginner workshop?) or other software like processing for creating real time content
some ideas or interest about the future of car interfaces
What will attendees of your workshop learn?
you will learn how easy it is to prototype design ideas. you can use our CarSensorData package and learn how to generate dynamic content (e.g. Speed in the Head-Up-Display).
Depending on the hardware we will be able to use (original steering wheel, USB gaming pedals, LED-stripes, automotive displays, distance sensors, …) you can create / combine / test interaction concepts.
If you think in the future of car interface is no place for displays, we will challenge you to display speed only with light… :)
If you are more interested in setting up your own DataPackage we will probably help you to simulate automotive data sets.
