What should I do with the Commandline

I found the "/shut up"in chapter “commandline”. I want to do this, but I don`t know what should I do in vvvv.

Open the file called args.txt next to vvvv.exe
Write your commandline inside.
Start VVVV, it is now using the commandline inside args.txt
