VST instrument - no sound

i just gave it a go and followed the example from the vvvv.org VST page.
→ demopatch + synth1.dll which is listed at the bottom.

it doesnt do anything when i trigger the note. i tried several other vst instruments, same issue. its all there, the right sourcebuffer, audioout is set to the internal soundcard.

is someone using VST instruments ? i’m on windows 7 btw.

mmm the sourcebuffer wasnt working for me, just connected a waveplayer instead and now there is sound.

I’ve tried with an audio in and still no sound…
Source buffer doesn’t seem to work either with its help patch, beta 27 win7 64
