Volume Control with Bass Audio

Hi everybody,

I can’t get that Mixer (Bass) node working. All I want, is to control the volume, which is working when I check the audio-files in my girlpower folder, but not with the patch, I’ve attached. There must be a simple solution, but I can’t find it.

At the end of the day I want to do some audio playback and analysis, but I want to control the volume.

Hello drehwurm,

please check the 15_Effects_Bass.v4p from the Audio folder of the Girlpowers.

The trick is with the hidden Is Decoding pin of the Bass nodes.

In your patch, the ‘Is Decoding’ pin of the FileStream (Bass) should be set to 1 and the same pin of the Mixer (Bass) should be 0.
