VL: Setters and Getters

I appreciate why fields are placed near the inputs and output of the patch when they are created, but I would really appreciate it if it appeared where I double clicked on the patch. At the moment I have to fish for them a couple screens up or down.

hm…not sure what you mean there…can you elaborate on that? maybe add a screenshot that shows what happens to you? it doesn’t really sound right.

double click with link → replace? Then they appear at the position of the inlet/outlet and not where you clicked, right?
