VL.CEF does not unload the instance when restarting

When recompiling VVVV Gamma crashes. In some scenarios, I can get many windows with a red cross after restarting.

I had an outdated version (0.5.5) and decided to update (to 0.7.2).

It is also necessary to install/update vl.cef.stride and vl.cef.skia.

This solved the problem.
