I am quite new with vvvv and come from motion graphics background. I have many portfolio footages and archives. I just wondering can vvvv combine my video footages and mix them according to the sound. Or is there any example patch that i can play with?

Assuming you already downloaded and properly placed vvvv and the addonpack you can start by looking at
\[your_vvvv_path]\girlpower\Video\08_Video_Mixer.v4p
as well as
\[your_vvvv_path]\girlpower\Audio\19_Analysis_Basics.v4p
and
\[your_vvvv_path]\girlpower\Audio\20_Analysis_FFT.v4p
Hopefully that gives you some ideas as to how both video and audio analysis work in vvvv.
