here is my dualmode (flash) video solution. i wouldnt call it the ultimate solution, it needs further testing to improve quality.

  1. It’s only working with the old Flash Renderer Node
  2. You need to convert the movie into a Flash Document (FLV > import > embed to timeline)
  3. Do the settings as below or the movie won’t play or stutter
  4. Mess with FLV quality settings & flash framerate to improve quality
  5. post your findings
