Using VL.Audio with Asio4All driver breaks VL.MediaFoundation VideoPlayer

I guess because of exclusive access to the audio device. Seems to work with the Fruity Loops driver.

Just as hint / reminder for myself.

Unfortunately the Fruity Loops driver keeps crashing, always after approx. 12 hours.
I just now saw that @Hadasi posted a bug report on ASIO4ALL and VL.Mediafoundation before:

@bjoern have you tried using Dante Via. It works pretty good for me. It might be overkill, but it is quite robust.

Thanks I know Dante unfortunately it’s not an option in this case.
