UploadImage crashes

I am rendering a bunch of Skia-Images in vl, and output the results as Images. The moment I connect it to UploadImage (either DX11 or EX9), vvvv will crash.

Currently on beta 40-preview-16, but same result with older 40er previews.
It works fine in beta39, though

Thanks! Will be fixed in upcoming builds (>= 40-preview-17).
