Unhandled exeption while saving a GIF when frame is deleted before the GIF is saved

As described above, if a frame is deleted before the GIF File is completely written to the disk, an unhandled exception appears: 211106_vvvv_exception_gif_recording_delete_frame.zip (7.6 KB)

Maybe not important but happend to me twice when just setting a frame especially for recording and then deleting it immediately. Could be simple to cache the region?

thanks. this is now fixed in 2021.4.1 previews. also replaced the gif encoder which now creates smaller files and better image quality.
