Typospread and arabic word

when using typospread in Arabic, the words are reversed I tried full Arabic font but the same problem persists

can you help me

i am somehow ashamed that i don’t exactly know WHAT to reverse:

*the chars within a word?
*the words within a sentence?
*upsidedown of all chapters?

well, some attempts within attached zip.
for sure buggy and far away from precision.

knowing any software details doesn’t guarantee any cultural knowledge…
