Syphon > TCP Syphon > TCPSpout > Spout (Mac to Win): bad experience

I tried to connect a Mac (Millumin output via Syphon) to a VVVV patch via Spout:
Syphon > TCP Syphon > TCPSpout > Spout
But the result is not reliable. Spout keeps freezing. The shared memory on Spout VVVV “randomly” turns to null, while TCPSyphon on Mac keeps sending data.
Any suggestion on a correct, working and reliable workflow?
