Stripes or dots for led matrix

hi,

did anyone of you do a big 3d led matrix? I want to hang stripes/dots and I am looking for some that look like white orbs, since I need them to be visible from every direction. any ideas? Producing custom dots in china is also an option, if you have good experience with a company down there I would be thankfull for recommendations.

Height should be around 10m so voltage drop is an issue.

We did a project with Kinetic Lights once, not sure if they do 3d matrices but you can still ask them :)
