Sometimes Red RS232 Node

Hi there,

i am sending a string to an arduino through the RS232 Node.

The RS232 stays red for a while and then turns normal (gray).
In the tty renderer i see the following message:
“Division by zero
01:33:12 * : [PrepareGraphCB of RS232 (Devices Legacy)]: Division by zero”
Could someone explain me what this means?

Did you copy the RS232 node from somewhere or create it via nodebrowser?
It shouldn’t be RS232 (Devices Legacy) - which is deprecated - but RS232 (Devices).

can you tell us where you copied it from so we can maybe fix that source? in case it was a help patch…
