"Recent Sketches" menu improvements

Like was discussed before in now closed threads, I would highly appreciate if the “Recent Sketches” could be made to not only show recent sketches in the fixed user documents location.

I personally never use that folder, so the menu is 100% useless to me.

On the other hand, I use “Recent Documents” a ton in every other software application and it’s much faster than having to use “Open” every time.

At the same time it would be great if there was a user defined default folder - I never save work on C: so I’d highly prefer to start in my project directory.
