Random set of numbers

hello everyone.

… i find myself wishing i had a bg in computer science or engineering, because simple issues prevent me from running into bigger ones.

I have a question:
how can i get a randomizer (1,2,3) that randomizes the set of numbers, outputs them and only then randomizes again?

i want to play pre-recorded videos according to the numbers from the randomizer. for usability purposes it would be best to play first all of the 3 videos before the same number is outputted again.
