OpenCV: PedestrianDetector - Daimler type

The PedestrianDetector fails to work when setting the Daimler SVM.

The error shows

checkDetectorSize()

It is a bit strange as the Win Size checks up with the correct settings for Daimler (48x96).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open HowTo Detect People
  2. Change Pedestrian Detector Type to Daimler
