No patch window on w7?

hi. just had to get a windows7 familial.
vvvv 4.21 is launched, if there is a renderer in its patch its shows up, BUT Patch windows do not appears…
did i missed something?

EDIT: ok, need to be set as windows compatibility XP SP3 and it works ( ouuufffffff)

rightclick → “run as admin” , even if you are admin!
