64 mod 4 = 0
when i have that node alone it calculates correctly
when i connect it into my patch (even without spread)
it outputs 4
same node
works fine with manual input
with exact same input from connections it outputs wrong value
think this has been spotted before?

sometimes Frac (Value) behaves similar:
e.g.: Input 4 outputs Whole Part 3 and Fractional Part 1.0000.
but when i remember this correct this depends on the CPU you are using. the same patch may work on another PC…something like “Intel Inside - can’t divide”
so it may be helpful to attach the buggy patch.
Hello,
here i have a similar problem with a Power(value) node. the frac node reveals the problem.
have a look at the attached patch…
tested on a Intel Core 2 Quad
Q9650 3.00GHz
nothing to be done?
tnx
:)
