MIDI _ send note

I’m trying to send notes to ableton live with a certain pitch, velocity and duration. wich module should I use for that?

i think tonfilm made something similar.
but MIDI doesn’t know duration only NoteON and NoteOFF.
NoteOFF in fact is a NoteON with velocity =0.

no helpfile.
