LFO animation with Transfroming the position of an image (gamma)

Hey! Its a stupidly simple question and could not find an exact tutorial for gamma.
I am stuck to animate a svg image changing its position with LFO node. are those right nodes ?
Also, is there any possibility to changing its color depending on a position?
