I’m an art student learning VVVV, and I’m wondering: are there people looking to display other people’s work? How can I connect with them, and what low-budget options are there for displaying my own interactive installations?
In vvvv it depends a lot on what exactly is your artwork, and how much time you want to invest to make it portable… I mean for FUSE you want a descent GPU machine, for rendered stuff like mp4 you don’t really need vvvv to run it… As for “interactive displays” it sounds like it is a touchscreen, prolly as low as you can go is some tablet like Microsoft Surface or something similar… However vvvv can also produce interactive stuff that does not have something to do with a graphics, and so the field is much and much more wider then this…
