Ok, success on my 3060 laptop, is Fuse Nvidia dependent?
(I was trying to install it on my non GPU HP Prodesk machine)
It’s kind 'a complicated explanation, but yes, fuse tested to work on nvidia gpu`s, the rest is might work, but not supported.

to clarify: the error in your screenshot has nothing to do with potential fuse incompatibilities. it’s odd, i’ve never seen it. it should mean you cannot install any nuget, right?
and yes, fuse works best on nvidia cards but large parts of it will also work on other cards that support dx11.
Yes I have noticed tht I am getting multiple errors related to .net and windows in general, I think I have a borked windows install on that machine as it wont reset or repair.
I have succesfully installed fuse on my laptop.
