Insert slices in a table

Hi
should be simple… ;)
as an example, if I have an IOBox (Toogle) of 30x20 how do I insert at a given index an IOBox (Toogle) of 5x4 mantaining its “table form” ? I d know how to do it with a bit of mathematics but is there a simple way to achieve it?
