In Skia, the window does not switch to full-screen mode correctly when the scale is set to more than 100%

The Skia window does not switch to full-screen mode correctly when the scale is set to over 100%.

How to reproduce:

  1. Set the scale on your displays to 150%
  2. Create a Skia window
  3. Maximise it to full screen (not full-screen mode; double-click the titlebar or select ‘Maximise Window’ from the titlebar buttons)
  4. Then switch the window to full-screen mode using Alt+Enter
  5. The window will extend beyond the display boundaries by a few pixels on all sides
  • This behaviour is NOT observed with Stride windows.
  • This behaviour is NOT observed when the display scale is set to 100%
