I am beginning to feel the need for highlighting the nodes I am creating myself, mainly process nodes, but I guess the same goes for all the nodes that we are making ourselves.
I use process nodes to black-box important functionality or some times just to clean up a messy patch.
Sometimes it is hard to locate that those nodes, especially in complex patches (read messy patches).
It would be nice to be able to highlight certain nodes eg. with color or size or both.
I remember someone suggesting descriptive names like in beta, that would be a good start, but I do think that it would be nice to be able to “inflate” a node so it got bigger in both dimensions and/or change the color of the node.
bonus, if you can set a color for your own nodes so that they automagically light up in your patch, if you want it.
I am sure some of the more graphically inclined people in the community can make some great suggestions for what it could look like.
