did some tests with spherifying svg data but with the advent of vl, there may be someting more proper out there ?
Well any vector should be rasterized, also if you want high close up details you have to use lod’s, I doubt anything changed since Chapter 2. Terrain Rendering Using GPU-Based Geometry Clipmaps | NVIDIA Developer
i mean pushing gis data to 3d such as this basic illustration
what i am mostly after is constant line thickness in perspective view
