First of all, the error message is wider than the screen.
Second, it looks like it might be related to telemetry, which I turned off. Is that possible?
And it builds in VS 2022? If possible upload the csproj file please.
I guess I tried it and perhaps there was some error, but didn’t have time to figure it out.

upd: confirm, there is an issue
You’ll need to target .NET 6 and not .NET Framework. That will also enforce that the project is in the new SDK style project format.
