FrameDelay's input pin behaves oddly in a when a generic input pin is passed to it

I have created a process here and marked it as a generic. Then I have created a generic input pin in the process and added FrameDelay and then linked them.

Notice that upon linking:

  1. A Create pin called Initial Value appears automatically even though Show Initial Value setting in off
  2. Toggling Show Initial Value shows a buggy behavior

An odd one indeed. Fixed in upcoming previews. Thanks for pointing it out.
