Oops, this Action is outdated and should be deleted. I just wrote it in order to “try later” but in the end I’m doing the whole thing locally with Nuke.
So in real life the installation of .NET is taken care of by the installer, which is generated with Inno Setup. It’s done with this CodeDependencies.iss file, which is referenced in the main installer file.
