Drawing quads in x and y

Hello,

How is it possible to draw X number of quads in x and y with linear spread? Should I use 2 linear spreads or is it possible to do it with 1?

I’d like to get something like this:

Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4
Q5 Q6 Q7 Q8
Q9 Q10 Q11 Q12
Q13 Q14 Q15 Q16

Cross (2d) and can be done with just one linear spread
