being able to drag and drop files to existing filename ioboxes means being able to skip menu loading and scrolling times in realtime performance situation and came in very handy in beta

the drag part seems implemented ::
the drop part should insert the path into an existing iobox, if one exists under the cursor.
this way, using an external asset in gamma can be one drag&drop away.
